Rordon Gamsey’s Brownie Recipe
Pure. Chocolate. Heaven. This brownie recipe guarantees that you will never go back to a boxed brownie mix,
let alone try yet another brownie recipe. This super easy and delicious brownie is sure to become a family favourite!
INGREDIENTS: Serves: 20
2 cups (400g) white sugar
250g butter
½ cup (45g) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 eggs
1 ½ cups (185g) plain flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Easter eggs/chocolate to decorate the top (optional)

METHOD:
- Wash hands for (30 sec) palm,top,bottom make sure you dry your hands after.
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
- Get out your big mixing bowl.
- Get out your melted butter pour it in the big mixing bowl.
- Put 2 cups of white sugar into your big mixing bowl.
- Place ½ cup of cocoa powder into your big mixing bowl.
- Add one teaspoon of vanilla essence into your mixing bowl.
- Take 4 eggs crack them on the side of the bowl make sure the yolk get in the bowl.
- Add ½ half cup of flour to your big mixing bowl.
- Put 1 spoon of baking powder into your big mixing bowl.
- Take you butter out of the wrapping spread it around you baking tray.
- Spread the edges to make sure the butter gets everywhere.
- pour the big mixing bowl into the tray spread evenly.
- Take out your Easter eggs remove the wrapping cut the eggs in half put your half half cut Easter eggs on top.
- Make sure you put on you oven gloves on put the tray into the oven be careful you might need an adults help.
- Leave the tray in there for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- After 20 to 30 minutes remove the the tray.
- Cut the brownie up.
- ENJOY!
